Reporting a problem with a puzzle
Every puzzle on this site is checked for a single solution before it is published, so if something looks wrong we want to know. Please include:
- the puzzle ID printed under the grid, for example 9E-7F3A2C1D;
- the page you printed it from;
- what went wrong: two solutions, no solution, a given digit that contradicts another, or a wrong entry on the answer key.
With the ID we can reproduce the exact puzzle and check it ourselves.
Printing and PDF problems
If a sheet comes out cropped, blank or oddly scaled, tell us:
- your browser and operating system, for example Chrome on Windows 11 or Safari on an iPhone;
- the printer, or whether you saved as PDF instead;
- the paper size and layout you chose: A4 or Letter, and 1, 2, 4 or 6 per page;
- whether the problem is on paper, in the PDF, or both.
A photo or screenshot of the result helps more than a description.

Teachers, publishers and everyone else
You may print the puzzles for personal, classroom and other non-commercial use without asking. For anything else, or if you are not sure, email and ask. We do not offer phone support and there is no office to visit. It is a small site run by one person.
